Contact

If you are a resident of Queensland and have been impacted by crime, please call us 24 hours per day on 1300 139 703 to make an appointment with a counsellor or get more information on how you can best be supported at this time.

Please note we are not a crisis service. You need to make an appointment for all types of counselling including face-to-face, telephone or online. The team who answer the phone are able to make an appointment or give you other information (like who else you can talk to if it’s not counselling you need), but they are not counsellors and can’t provide counselling at the time of your call. If you need urgent help, call the Police on 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

If you have a general query about the Victims Counselling Support Service, our website, range of services, or you wish to make a comment, please complete and submit the form below.
