PACT provides a counselling service to assist client children/young people and their non-offending family members to deal with stress and trauma related to the incident(s) of abuse, and/or involvement in the Criminal Justice system. They also have a Child Witness Support Program, which provides support for children and young people who are required to give evidence in criminal courts, either as victims of, or witnesses to, a crime.

Provides counselling and therapy services to abused children up to 8 years old, and their families. The service is not an emergency response service. Have locations in North Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville.

Provides free professional telephone counselling and support for children and young people. Callers accessing the service can arrange to speak to the same counsellor on subsequent calls. Counsellors have access to an extensive database of referral agencies across Australia and are able to set up three-way conversations where necessary.

ParentLine exists to assist people to develop strategies and skills which enable them to more effectively manage their own lives. It is a confidential telephone counselling service for parents and/or primary care givers, and is staffed by paid counsellors who have been professionally trained to understand and respond to the particular issues that concern parents.

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm; A Christian not-for-profit organisation that provides young people in crisis with recovery opportunities that are Christ-centred and focused on healing - addressing their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Teen Challenge have a drug rehabilitation centre located in Toowoomba, and a 1 night – 3 month accommodation service in Brisbane for males aged 16 – 25 (possibly up to 30).
